- Disk Fine Stainless Steel filter
- 15g coffee, medium fine grind
- 225ml water, 200 degrees
- Using the traditional Aeropress method, pour 225g of water over coffee, stir 5 times
- Place top slightly on with minimal pressing
- After 2 minutes, press slowly, finishing around 2:30
- Look for notes of cocoa, nuttiness, and dried cherry
