- 25g coffee, medium grind
- 400ml water
- 210 degrees (right off boil)
- 75ml bloom, 30 seconds bloom time
- First pour to 200ml mark
- Before coffee bed dries, deliver a second pour to 300ml mark
- And again before coffee bed dries, deliver a final pour to 400ml mark
- Finished brew time should be around 4 minutes
