- 25g of coffee ground medium-fine
- 400g of water
- 210 degrees
- Start timer, and pour a bloom of 50g
- After bloom, approximately 30 seconds or so, pour remaining 350g of water in a circular motion staying mostly in the middle of the V60. Finish pouring around the 2 minute mark
- Final drip time should occur around 3 minutes
- Look for notes of bright tropical fruit and sweetness, and enjoy!
