V60 making coffee

Hario V60 using La Favorita

  • 25g of coffee ground medium-fine
  • 400g of water
  • 210 degrees
  • Start timer, and pour a bloom of 50g
  • After bloom, approximately 30 seconds or so, pour remaining 350g of water in a circular motion staying mostly in the middle of the V60. Finish pouring around the 2 minute mark
  • Final drip time should occur around 3 minutes
  • Look for notes of bright tropical fruit and sweetness, and enjoy!
