This is our 3rd year purchasing La Ceiba, and we are so excited to be enjoying it again! This coffee is named after the Guatemalan national tree, symbolizing the connection between land and sky. The team at La Ceiba care greatly about sustainable sourcing practices. They know firsthand that people coming together to help one another is vital to their farm’s long-term success. La Ceiba sits at 1500 MASL and is a washed coffee made up of Caturra, Bourbon, Typica, and Pacamara. It is balanced and tastes like strawberries and cream.
